Creative Expressions (Association/Club)

Advisor: Mrs. Romero

If interested in joining Creative Expressions, talk to Mrs. Romero.  Club dues are $5.

 

Purpose:

To inspire, share, teach, critique, and SUPPORT Parma students whose hobbies, talents, and skills allow them to creatively express themselves.

 

Details:

A club specifically created for creative students.  The club is not limited to any particular art form, but instead celebrates the many forms of creative expression.  This club allows creative students at Parma High School to find other students with similar interests.  Students may give/receive support for their work, including positive criticism, share their current projects or teach other students new forms of creative expression.


Examples of Creative Expression

Music: vocal or instrumental

 

 

 

 

Drawing:  graphite, charcoal, colored pencil, scratchboard, pastel etc.

Painting: acrylic, watercolor, oil etc.

Meetings:

Creative Expression meetings are held at lunch in Mrs. Romero's room every other Wednesday.

 

History:

Creative Expressions is a newly formed club at Parma High, organized by Jenette Noe.  Formed in November of 2007, its first year was a success, with a high turnout of new members.
