PARMA HIGH SCHOOL FFA

A club designed for those students taking vocational agriculture courses.   Future Farmers of America allows students to utilize information gained in the classroom for project experience. FFA also gives those students an opportunity to participate in several judging contests, state conventions, and outdoor activities.

FFA ADVISOR: AMY NICHOLS

Amy Nichols has been the Parma Ag teacher and FFA advisor for 7 years. She graduated from Melba High School and was greatly involved in FFA for four years. She was the State Treasurer and Melba’s Chapter President. She was involved in the following contest: soils, parliamentary procedure, extemporaneous speaking, and livestock and dairy. She has been happily married for 4 years with two wonderful boys, Wyatt age 9 and Zane age 2.  She has two labs, Belle and Chief.

In the course of one warm weekday morning, the area in front of the ag shop turned from "blah" to ... beautiful!

Student body and staff were treated to a lunch-time barbecue on February 23rd.  Good times!
