Below is the PHS Athletic Departments annual letter showcasing what we have been able to do with the fundraising effort from 2020-2021. I have sent letters out to several of our local businesses and families with this information on it.
There is a chance that some of the address labels were mixed up in this process. If you have received a letter from Parma High School, this is the information found inside along with our newly updated Sponsorship Form. I apologize for any mix ups.
Thank you again for your generosity and willingness to support our Parma School District Student-Athletes and coaches!.

Dear Parma Athletic Sponsor,
The Parma High School Athletic Department cannot express enough gratitude for your continued support of the high school athletic programs at Parma High School. We truly cannot afford to run successful athletic programs twelve months out of the year without your monetary contributions. I am grateful for our community, school board, Mr. Winston and everyone that supported our athletic programs through the trials of COVID we faced last year.
The generosity you have shown allows us to buy equipment, attend tournaments, attend coaching clinics, as well as many other things. Below are some examples from the 2020-201 season that donations helped pay for:
The football team was able to purchase and utilize the Hudl video system and tools, along with purchasing several Xenith helmets, which are considered one of the top of the line, safest helmets on the market.
The volleyball team was able to attend Summer camps, play in local JV/Frosh tournaments, and Varsity will be able to participate in a competitive tournament across the state at Highland High School this year.
The cross country team was able to travel to and participate in multiple races in Idaho and compete at the State tournament in Pocatello. They are hoping to be able to have funds to participate in Oregon this year, COVID permitting.
The girl’s and boy’s basketball teams were able to purchase new basketballs and training equipment.
The wrestling team was able to attend multiple tournaments throughout their season and purchase a brand new wrestling mat for our practice room.
Tennis was able to purchase a new net, new scorekeeping equipment, and would have attended the Tri-Cities tournament if not for Covid-19 shutdowns.
Both the baseball and softball teams were able to buy new equipment, including helmets, bats, and new catcher sets. We were also able to install new outfield fencing with the goal of updating dugouts in 2022.
The track program added new hurdles, throwing implements, and added discus netting.
These are just a few of the examples that would not be possible without your generous athletic sponsorship donations.
Thank you again for your wonderful support. The athletes of Parma High School are lucky to have you in our community. We will be starting our 2021-2022 fundraising within the upcoming weeks. We hope to see you continue your support of Parma Athletics. Please look for a PHS athlete to be reaching out to you soon!
