Registering for high school and your path to graduation can feel like an overwhellming task. Below, you will find useful information to help you with your path and all the opportunities Parma High School has to offer.
Advanced Opportunities allow for students to individualize their high school learning plan and get a jump start on their future. These options include dual credit, technical competency credit, Advanced Placement, and International Baccalaureate.
Advanced Opportunities helps students attain college credits while in high school. Many students set goals to attain a General Education Matriculation (GEM) certificate or an associate degree before completing high school. More commonly, students will set a goal to graduate high school with a year of college (20-30 credits) completed. Contact your school counselor/career advisor for more information.
Parma High School offers high school courses for college credits throughout subject areas. Refer to the Registration Tab for more information on Advanced Opportunities and earning an Associates or Certificate through CWI with your college credit.
We currently work with College of Western Idaho, University of Idaho, Boise State University, Northwest Nazarene University and various colleges through IDLA for dual credit. Registration materials will be handed out in dual credit classes.
