Monthly Lunch Menus
Letter from the Food Service Department
Dear Families,
At Parma School District #137, we know the importance of school meals in fueling both healthy minds and bodies. At times, our school district may not receive expected food orders due to labor shortages (such as delivery drivers) and limited product availability (for example, discontinued products or not enough of a specific type of product). As a result, your school may need to make last-minute changes to the menu or substitute a different brand of a food product. We know that students have favorite menu items and are working hard to provide them whenever possible. We are also thinking ahead to identify alternative food items that are nutritious and appealing for the students.
If your student has food allergies or a special dietary need, be assured that meeting these needs and keeping your student safe remains a priority for us, and we will continue to provide meal modifications. If your student requires a meal modification, you will need to fill out a request for special meal accommodation due to medical condition form. You can find the form here: (CNP Medical Form - English) (CNP Medical Form - Spanish). If you have questions or concerns about how your student’s food allergies or special dietary needs will be managed during these supply chain shortages, please contact Danielle Gentry, Parma Food Service at 208-779-4069 ext. 1414 or via e-mail at dgentry@parmaschools.org.
We appreciate your patience, flexibility, and understanding as we work to provide school meals in a challenging and changing environment. Please contact Danielle Gentry, Parma Schools Food Service Supervisor with any questions, feedback, or suggestions at 208 779-4069 Ext. 1414 or via e-mail at dgentry@parmaschools.org.
Sincerely,
Danielle Gentry

INTRODUCING LUNCH ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
MySchoolBucks is an award-winning, parent friendly system that allows parents to create a user account which enables you to view lunch account information (balances and student lunch history), add money to student accounts and set up low balance alerts and/or recurring payments.
THINGS TO KNOW:
➢ If you have more than one child in the district you can make all online payments from one account.
➢ Payments are made using a major credit card, debit card or with an electronic check.
➢ There is a small “program” fee for each transaction. Parents placing money into multiple student meal accounts will only be assessed the fee ($2.75) once if done as one transaction. The payment limit is $120.00 per student account. Parma School District does not profit from the use of this site and does not receive the fee.
