I love the school district because of the supportive teachers, and the 
oppurutities to be involved in numerous extracurricular activities.

The Parma School District is an outstanding place to work.  As a teacher, I feel completely   supported by my administration and by the parents of the students I work with - in the band  room, in the weight room and in the throwing circle.  The Parma School District not only places   high value on student growth and achievement, but also pushes for student growth outside of the classroom, developing contributing citizens that are invested in their community.  By supporting the arts and athletics, Parma Schools are empowering teachers and coaches to develop strong student leaders who value teamwork, respect, work ethic, discipline and mental toughness.  These are the tools and traditions that these students will carry with them throughout their lives. 

As I have grown up in PSD, I have always found the teachers and staff as helpful, positive, and dedicated, always willing to help the students in any way they need, creating a more enriching experience for the student body as a whole.
